Some staff were very helpful and polite. Some others were very sarcastic towards me. I looked at 2 books sitting at the Starbucks. I specifically asked an employee was it okay to do that and then where should I return the books to? I returned the books where he suggested but the 2 womenthat were there were very rude to me. Normally to ensure books are reshelved correctly, employees are directed to NOT let customers reshelve items. Apparently these 2 employees didn't want to be bothered. It was bad customer service.

Outstanding Customer Service and were so friendly to assist me when I was trying to find a book for class. I will come back there to purchase more of my reading material for my Conflict Courses.
This Barnes and Noble has some nice storytime events. Of course, it is a bookstore so you walk in for one thing and end up browsing for at least an hour and buying much more than you planned. Good children's toys and gifts section as well.
Love it here. Everyone was very kind and pleasant. I found what I wanted and saw a few books I want to come back and get. Very nice selection of books and I will definitely be coming back to this location.
