We had Lowes install some carpet in our Son’s room and we were very pleased! Will use them again.
I ordered something off the internet got an email telling me that it was ready for me got a phone call telling me it was ready for me to pick up I asked if it was up front I was told yes it is is ready for you to pick up anytime you're ready I said great I'll be there shortly after getting there waited 45 minutes for them to get it from the back
Went to buy a fridge. After waiting to find someone to help me, O ordered it at the appliance desk and scheduled to have it delivered and they then told me to go up to check out, give them my phone number and I could pay for it there. Got to check out, (they had one check out going, all the rest were self serve)and nothing came up in their system. She told me to go back to appliances. When I got there, the guy was busy with 2 other customers. I walked out. Even though this fridge was cheaper than Home Depots, I'm going there and not getting it from Lowes. It's no wonder Lowe's keeps missing it's sales numbers and Home Depot doesnt. Lowes service is terrible, they have no idea how to look after their customers.
Made a pain-free stop at customer service for a refund. Happy people there. Went to Appliances where the one employee was doing his best to wait the customers. I was fourth in line, so it took a while. He really needed some help. Checkout was painless and the cashier was very pleasant.
Curtious and very helpful. I was in and out in little time. Customer service folks was excellent.
