If you take your vacuum in, keep calling them . They never call to say it's ready. I bought a Forever Gold not even two years ago and already have taken it in 4-5 times for things breaking and each time they keep it over two weeks. This last time they kept it over 3 weeks. When I took it in for the annual cleaning, they didn't even cleaned it. Just replaced the bag and made sure it still had suction. That took 2 weeks to do! I took it back and the guy took it back and cleaned it right away because he felt bad.
