I have used The Roof Guys A few times once on a rental property to fix a leak. They stopped the leak that was in 2013 all the staff was friendly and very polite. I used then again in 2015 to put a new roof on my home. They did an outstanding job. They were helpful in choosing the color when I couldn't decide. Troy from The Roof Guy was contacted about repairs to my leaking roof. After at least 3 trips out to my house, the roof still leaks. In fact, it still leaks exactly where it did before I called. Troy says he did what he was supposed to, he fixed a bunch of leaks. The bottom line is that my roof leaked before I called the Roof Guy, I paid the Roof Guy to fix a leak, Troy made several attempts to fix the leak I called about, and the Roof is still leaking.
Troy just did a job for me today, was great, real fast, very courteous. Went up into the attic to check things out from the inside and boy it looks perfect and good as new. Would use him again for any roofing needs.

These are just a few letters and notes customers have sent me as the Owner of the company we strive to satisfy every customer, but some people just cant be satisfied,no matter what you do to help them. I am proud to say that out of thousands of satisfied customers we have only had 1 complaint. Although we made several attempts the customer didn't take our initial advise that he needed a new roof. After several attempts the customer did get a new roof from another company. This customer filed complaints with the BBB, the State Corporation Commission, and The Contractor board all 3, stated that "The Roof Guys went above and beyond to try to satisfy the customer yet he remains dissatisfied" you can reed the entire complaint on the BBB site and at DPOR.GOV. the only action taken was the contractor board found an error on our contract that has been resolved. We will always strive to do our best to make each customer feel like part of our family, and to attend to the request in a timely and professional manner. We also pray for all our customers even the ones that choose not to hire with our Company. Something that separates The Roof Guys from other Roofing Companies, We do not hire Sub Crews so when you call us you will always have our Employees doing the work, We will never send you a Salesman only a Qualified roofer.
