Meadows Park is the most sought after manufactured home community in the Fredericksburg area, mainly due to it's excellent management and maintenance. With a full-time, onsite manager who has years of experience managing manufactured housing communities, Meadows Park residents and management show camaraderie by keeping the appearance of their homes and lots well maintained and in turn, ownership/management routinely perform upgrades and improvements and are prompt to handle any maintenance needed. At $420/mo. lot rental fee, this bargain rate, which includes trash service twice weekly, keeps the community filled to capacity with rarely a vacant lot.
