There are several nail salons, anchor department stores, a large food court and in walking distance to a strip mall with boutiques and upscale restaurants, as well as a movie theatre and bowling alley.
Do yourself a favor and skip the mall and central park both and spend your money in downtown Fredericksburg, where there are high quality, local small businesses worth your support.
The food court has plenty of options, too. Ive never seen the bathrooms jacked up, but they never seem to be too dirty, which is great considering how busy they get!

My daughter was involved in an accident (which was not her fault) on what is considered mall property on Bragg Rd by the car wash. Security had to do a report after the Sheriff Dept. because it is considered private property. I have tried to get in touch with mall security now 5 times and left messages since 9/10/17 to get a report for the insurance and I can't get a call back. I went to the mall and no one could help either. Is there someone I have to talk to for specific information? I did not think it would be this hard
Went to guitar center, and they are awesome, as always! But parking at the town centre is less than ideal, and lack of traffic control makes it actually more dangerous than it has to be to navigate in/out of the parking lots.
There is everything here. You can go grocery shopping if you have a COSTCO membership while the kids go shopping. If not, grab a Auntie Cinnamon pretzel and grab a cushy seat and wait until they are done. Great place if you are a people watcher.
While this mall is doing better than many of America's malls, it suffers from all the issues that are driving malls out of business. Local business is severely underrepresented, almost all stores are big chains with the same old mediocre products at somewhat high prices. The more recently added outdoor portion of the mall is poorly populated with stores, and less convenient to navigate than the indoor portion of the mall.
