Probably the best bike shop I've ever been too. I've been to a few around Stafford and Prince William county but this is by far the best. The customer service was impeccable! I came in to buy some pannier bags for my bike along with a rack. The guy spent an hour talking to me and showing me different bags, prices, and sharing his opinions on which to buy. I never felt that he was just trying to make a sale, he genuinely wanted to help me purchase the best bags for my needs. (Obviously in that hour of help he stepped away a few times to help other customers who came in, which is expected). When my bags came I was missing a screw and they immediately contacted the vendor and got it solved. I'll be going here for any of my bike needs from now on. And it's local!

While on an epic ride from Clifton, Va to Williamsburg, Va, (and back) with 3 friends my rear tire side wall tore. We were outside of Fredericksburg in the middle of nowhere.... Called Bike Works and they found where we were and sent someone with a new tire and tube to save the weekend. They also brought us a big ol' bag of gummy bears and two gallons of water! Great service, friendly staff. A 350 mile journey preserved thanks to Bike Works.
