Great service. We came in knowing the style of riding we wanted to get started with and left with exactly what we needed. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.. they even helped us install the bike rack on our vehicle that we purchased at another location.
Bought a 3 wheel bike for my wife last year, chain broke this Saturday & took it back. Fixed chain for free, had to take bike apart somewhat to get it in my car. When I assembled it due to lack of knowledge on my part I messed up the brakes. I took it back there Sunday to be fixed.The guys there reassembled it and show me how to release the brake w/o tools. Took it home and reassemble it in minutes.
Fastest service I've ever had. I showed up with all of the parts for a mountain bike build. Since I'd never been to Olde Towne, I wasn't sure if I was going to use this shop for the build. Got a good vibe from the staff. They know bikes and were very interested in talking bikes as opposed to many places that just wanna sell you something. So, I brought in all the parts and they did a complete build THAT DAY. I'm sure they wouldn't be able to do this if they were slammed, but I still think it's awesome that they provided me with such great service on my first trip to the shop. They did a great job on the build and came in at the low end of their quote. Good selection of bikes, parts, and accessories in the shop, too. I move a lot and I'm always looking for a great bike shop near where I live. This is it.

I've been going to them for years, and they always provide excellent expert friendly service. I once took our foster kids to one of their tune-up & repair courses. I was gone for over a year and my bike was in a neglected state. The owner (1 of 2 brothers) immediately fixed it up. The prices are very, very reasonable.
All for no charge and the guy there Owner? said if I have any trouble to call them and they could walk my through any problem.
Great place. Very knowledgeable, helpful people. This is where I get all of my bike stuff. Highly recommend it.
