No need to try out other car wash businesses in the Fredericksburg area, as I've tried them all - and no others even come close to Rob's customer service, cleanliness, and wash equipment. Any concerns are quickly taken care of by General Manager John Hackney or a member of his crew. Solid 5-Star business!
Good car wash. Great service and are very friendly. Definitely worth buying a membership.

Worse place ever. I wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to. Didn't even get the car clean. When I complained the idiot that worked there was like ""oh I think it might be sap". I wiped it off with my finger. Complete idiots working there. No wonder there is never a line.
The only issue I see is that all six bays are being used, waiting in line now!
Great unlimited washes for low monthly payment. I never wait when I stop by on my commute to work during weekdays. Weekends are busier of course but most often the wait is short. Wait is worth the wash.
