They did a great job on my vehicle. I just got the cheapest wash but it still looked great. I will definitely be back.
I went this afternoon and got the ultimate supreme wash. When I got my car back there was still dirt on the mats and floor like they did a crap job with the vacuum. There is still bird crap on my mirror and bugs on my windshield. The cup holders were not even touched. I'm not 100% sure what they did besides run it through the car wash, wipe it off with a towel and use tire shine. I could have gotten the base package and ended up with the same results. Never again will I be going there. I know that that probably doesn't make much difference to them but hopefully someone will read this and decide to go somewhere else. I would suggest Mine Road Auto Spa.
I hope you have plenty of time to stand around and wait if you visit here. I visited today and, after waiting at the counter for over 15 minutes for anyone to show up I went looking for staff. There was one guy who seemed to speak no English in the mechanical wash area (which was broken) and another walking around, but neither were any help. Eventually some guy showed up and apologised, saying no one had told him his cashier had left. When I asked the price of a hand wash he didn't know and said he had to go find the guy who does that and who knows the price (I thought this was a manager from the comment about "his" cashier, guess not). Eventually he came back with a guy who said a hand wash is $60, but that he could run it through the mechanical wash "a couple times" to get the bugs off the front (I'd just had a two day highway trip) and he was quite surprised to be informed you can't just put a Jeep 4x4 in neutral and run it through like that (transfer case needs to be in neutral and transmission in park, which takes a bit of programming and setting up to accomplish) without risking damage to the drivetrain. I opted out of having anything done here as I felt I couldn't trust them to use reasonable care with my Jeep.
Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Paid for the most expensive car wash, still bugs all over the front, mud down the sides of the truck and the back still had dirt like it wasn’t even sprayed. Looks like they blasted the truck with water and put tire shine on. Will not be visiting here again. Take your car elsewhere.
This was my first time at this place, and it will sure be my last. It gets one star just because the guy at the entrance was nice. Other than that, I paid $27 for a job that looks like a kindergarten job. They don't lift up the carpets, they only added a shine on my tires, but everything was poorly done. My advice, go somewhere else.
