The guy that helped me was awesome but the supervisor that helped him help me seemed a bit bothered by my visit. The thing was none of the workers knew whether or not a promo they were advertising was theirs, so when I bought my phone I was supposed to get a discount on a case, and a free case, but I didn't get that on my initial visit because the associate thought that it was a promotion by the PHONE company. So I went back today which it has been a while since I got my phone(I live 1.5 hours away from them and I work 5 days a week) to get said promos after talking on the phone with someone last week about them. And they verified that it was a BEST BUY promotion. Point is.... While I was being assisted the manager had an attitude and asked me why I waited so long to bring it to their attention. It was overall a great transaction because everything got done.
I was having a really bad day and I run a florist my computer froze up stop working Staples had fixed it about 2 months ago not! So make a long story shot went into Best Buy's and the first person I saw helped me his name is "Stephen" I tell you I walked out of there feeling really good about what he helped me with. He really is a true helpful salesman. Very very helpful I can't tell you just how much stress was taken from me when I left out that store. Many thanks For all you're help! ~Robin
Helpful staff only if you're looking to purchase. No help when you've already bought a device and it doesn't even work. I bought an hp laptop from here and the thing doesn't even load. I've been sitting here for 20 mins waiting for my home screen to load and nothing but a black screen shows up. I called them and all they can tell me is to use my protection plan and take it to the geek squad which is only a one time use. I shouldn't have to use the protection plan for something that is brand new and doesn't work.
Very helpful staff and the store is really well marked. If you want a computer, definitely speak to the associates. They know a lot about the products and will help you find one to suit your needs.
Friendly and knowledgeable Staff - Not pushy and gave me recommendations on a new laptop after asking me what was most important to me. I appreciated the friendly people that I was speaking to. He allowed me time to think about my purchase and assisted me from start to purchase.
