Absolutely love this store and everyone who works there! I always receive a very nice greeting upon entering, eager to help me find what I need and they never want you to carry anything. They give a military discount, a frequent purchase program and they are very knowledgeable about all the items in the store. Joanne is my favorite, she goes out of her way to help me with the Fromm and Acana dog foods as well as my chicken needs. I drive past a feed store way closer to my home to go to 360 just because of the customer service and feeling of appreciation as their customer!
It is my favorite farm store! They even have organic goat feed! And they will order whatever you need, if they don t have it in stock. Love this store!
I really appreciate their knowledge of chics during their sale season. The staff has the desire to not just sale chics but educate you on care and healthy growth. It's nice to see a business that's more interested in more than just profits. The staff has always been ready and willing to take time out to answer questions.
Walker and Joanne are awesome as is the entire staff! Whenever I have a question on kibble or something to help with a specific issue my dogs might be having they have suggestions. They will order the raw food I use and their kritter cash program saves me more than other big box stores. Saving the cash is great, but it's the spectacular customer service that keeps me coming back!

Good selection of premium dog and cat foods & treats and a reliable source of straw. Tiny parking lot though. Staff will load your purchases.
