We will definetly be back!

First the bad - pies are delivered frozen. Eh. Prices so-so. That's about it for the negatives. The farm is fantastic for kids. The chickens and animals are great. Bring quarters for food to feed the animals (or pockets of your own corn). The hay ride is fun, the playground is great. We do like visiting because of the convenience. Very popular for school field trips and the barn is AWESOME for birthday parties.

We love visiting here! The grounds are well kept and the kids find new interesting things all the time. My daughter especially loves the hay loft!

There is not many exciting play areas at this Farm, but there are normal play areas. It is a pretty nice farm though. You can pick your own produce. You can see some animals. If you or your kids are scared if chickens this place is not for you. They have chickens running around. I think that is really awesome except when one chicken tried to steal my sandwich bag of chips!( it was funny to see I have to admit.) The Chickens don't hurt people they just pester you for food.

The small farm has just enough to entertain kids for a couple hours, but the $9 entry fee is a bit steep. There are a handful of animals you can pet: mostly alpacas, sheep, and goats. Chickens roam the grounds and there are two pigs and several rabbits that can be viewed in enclosures. We went for the pumpkin patch, but also checked out the playground, which includes a mound of play sand, the corn "maze," and our daughter had her picture taken with the Great Pumpkin. All in all it was a fun time, though because of the price, we won't be going very frequently.

We loved our visit to Braehead Farm. It is a beautiful farm with things for all ages and interests. We were there with our college age daughter and had a great time. We could see a another day of fun with our grandchildren. There are fresh veggies to pick or purchase, a pumpkin patch with so many different types of pumpkins, hayrides, a wonderful little restaurant with farm fresh food, even a bee farm.
