Had a pleasant, relaxing pedicure and received a wonderful manicure from Ben. He talked me into trying something new. I received a SNS manicure, so far so great. Lots of compliments, lightweight, and feel natural.
I love the whole team! They are polite and good at the job. Yes, they charge, but they will tell you what you need, not just what you want. One pedi was LESS than the one I originally chose.

The quality of this place has declined over time. I've been going here on and off for about 2 years and the last couple times my nails have came out very poor. Bad shaping of the acrylic, gel polish barely lasts a week.
Friend and I went. Nailpolish chipped the next day and her nail broke. I had to file my own nails to make them even. Service was poor.
I decided to give this place a shot at removing my acrylic and after asking several times not to pry the nails off (this is very damaging and leaves the nails thin and weak) the nail tech continued to do so. The free edge of my nail was left uneven and breaking. If you care about the health of your nails, do not go here.
I have been here at least four times now and I have been very happy with the service. I get gel done to my nails and they last about two weeks. They put enough gel clear coats to last. Other places I have went do not. I also had a pedi once here and it was wonderful. She really applied a lot of pressure to the message and it helped relax and rejuvenate me! Not sure why there is bad reviews. Maybe depends on the technician you get. I have been very happy with my service and nail tech.
