I called in before making my drive out to the salon to make sure I could get my hair colored the stylist assured me they could do it I informed her I would be there in a matter of 5 minutes she told me to come on over and she could get it done. I arrived and she remembered me from my call I stood and waited for about 15 minuets then she told another stylist to tell me I would have to reschedule and come back at another time. AFTER I HAD JUST SPOKE WITH HER ON THE PHONE AND SHE GUARANTEED SHE COULD DO IT. I am appalled by their customer service clearly the stylists here do not care at all about their customers I will never come here again and I advise anyone else that is going to find somewhere else to go as well.
