Pure laziness not even wanting to take an order.... then what are you in business for
but this right here made me change my point of view..... ingrateful lady couldn't even have the decency in saying the call dropped or at least some type of lie
just called to place an order and a lady that picked up the phone was extremely rude careless and even hug up on me ...
"This is not fast food" is the response I got when I asked if over 40 minutes is normal for 3 sandwiches and a kids cheeseburger. So I held myself barely optimistic thinking the ridiculous wait would pay off with halfway decent food. Not to my surprise everything was horrible. All steak and cheese were burnt to a crisp and fries were cold. I guess that's where all the extra time went too. The only redeeming quality I thought was that my son who ordered the kids cheeseburger said he enjoyed his. It turned out his fries were good because they were originally not placed in the order but his burger to fit in with all the other meat was burnt like a hockey puck. Worst steak and cheese I've had so far. Will never come back. I recommend you never go here.
I'm a daycare teacher and took my kids to Vito's for one of our guest community helper days, and we're right next to the pizza place so it was convenient. And it was wonderful and the kids had a glorious time. We went and they gave us a tour of the shop, allowed my kids to helped make a pizza and after we watched the pizza bake we were able to take it with us and it was delicious! We were even invited to come back to have the kids make their own personal pizzas. All in all a wonderful experience for us adults and the children. And the owner was so friendly with the children. Wonderful family buisness!
