I have ordered from them a few times now. Each time the order taker is very very nice and the orders are always correct and promptly delivered. Today while I was ordering their phones went down and I could not complete the order. The sweet girl that was taking my order called me back from her cell phone. Now that's GREAT service. Oh and their food is great too. The Vocelli rolls are addictive!
I am just frustrated with this location because I had ordered a pizza because although they advertise that they sell "pizza by the slice" they failed to have that available. So then I ordered a full pizza, and they took 30 mins for it to be available and THEY DIDNT COME TELL ME IT WAS READY! How do you only have one person waiting in the location and you can't come speak with them to make sure they know the food is ready!!! And they did not make it as I had requested it.
Not Pizza tough crust! Ordered Xtra cheese extra sauce pepperoni paid for it non existing horrible buy from grocery store the cheapest price. Much better
I ordered a large onion and bacon. The flavor was good but it hardly had any toppings which I paid for.They also over charged me witch I caught early enough for them to fix. Probably will not go back.
Ordered two large pizzas for delivery. Quoted 45 minutes but pizza came in within 30 min. Speedy service and great attitude of driver. First time ordered from Vocelli and really liked the pizza. Sauce was not too sweet not to spicy just the right balance. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
