Plenty of entertainment. Good bar and bar service while you're waiting for the movie to start. Upstairs VIP lounge and Movie seating is worth the extra.

Have only had great experiences at Paragon. It's the best food we have ever had at a theater. Love the 21+ section, it is definitely worth the extra couple bucks. Best movie watching option in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area

*Go to Regal instead* While I am

all for a bag search policy for SAFETY, it is really unnecessary and awkward to police an insanely strict food policy. If you have anything resembling food - your entrance is forbidden! I had a small snack in my tiny purse that was then suddenly a block to me even entering the theater. I was given the choice to throw it out or "check" it at guest services!? The probing through my purse solely to enforce snack patrol is insane. Additionally, they have not trained their staff to appropriately address the ridiculous policy or handle discontent! I was thoroughly ignored when going to "check" in my snack and then after when I left before the movie even started to take my concession money to Regal. I asked to leave a written notice and was never even given the courtesy of being spoken to - they seriously just stared at me when I again asked for something to write my complaint for the manager. The staff then handed me a ticket stub to write the note. A ticket stub! Instead of asking what they could do, or apologizing for the experience, he handed me a ticket stub and didn't speak. Truly inept with customer service. I will definitely not return to Paragon.

I have multiple issues with the theater. We are prior military and a manager required that my husband and both show our ID's for the discount. Any other time, we have never had that issue. My husband had left his wallet in the car, but it's not the point. Then the dress code policy that you have for the Chatterbox Club is in my opinion a way to profile a certain kind of customer. I refuse to ever go up there, which I am sure is what you want anyway. Lastly, is the checking of the bags. They don't search men, but I get stressed about my what's in my purse. It's crazy to have these issues when your just trying to see a movie. It's getting to the point where I am actually considering going further North just to avoid all these feelings and to avoid the hassle. There is something seriously wrong with this establishment.

Went to a 4:45 movie so I arrive 10 minutes early because last time here concession line was very long. Proceeded to theater only to sit for 45 minutes watching and listening to the same awful commercials repeatedly. Then got about 2 minutes of previews before the movie finally started. Might be nice to inform your customers of the true start time. I never used to go to the movies but just started and planned to go much more frequently but if this is how you do business I guess I'll go back to wait for the DVD to come out.
