It smelled like someone had peed on the carpets inside the theater multiple times. Staff was nice, but the smell was unpleasant.
The parking sucks. The prices for concessions are expensive but that all movie theaters. It not as newly build and nice as Paragon Village 12. The staff some are attentive others always on phones. The movie playing in stage was wrongly listed. Popcorn was ok and floors were decent. FEMALE BATHROOM WAS MESSY AND TOILET PAPER WAS OUT IN SOME OF THE STALLS!!
The theaters smell like feet. The person who took my tickets told me they were not seating my movie and he doubted it would be sold out, that my wife and I should take a seat as we stood just outside the ticket area looking at the up coming posters. The first problem is that there is only one bench beside the concession area. It was already occupied. Second problem I had is that I didn’t appreciate being treated like a delinquent.
The only thing they need to improve on is having more cashier's when u are getting food. I'm a manager an if I see my employee has a line then I'm going to stop an help them out. The cashier was great but the manager wasn't.
Parking is horrible, the theatre is old, food and drinks over priced for a horrible theatre, it's a regal theatre so they receive good movies.. but rooms are small and the seats are horrible. I recommend Paragon but it seems like they never get the big ticket movies.
