I highly recommend J. Barber Moving and Storage for anyone contemplating a household move- whether point to point, or with storage in the middle. All three crews (pack, pick up and delivery) were well dressed, polite, professional and cheerful. Everything was well wrapped and protected and handled with care. The crews took the time to lay down cardboard to protect the floors while loading and unloading and at the end of the event I couldn't find any stray paper, tape or cardboard to police up- they had gotten everything neat and clean. As for rates- My household goods were in storage with J. Barber in their climate controlled facility for two years and the monthly rate was very affordable. The facility was highly effective, because the boxes and all my household goods looked like they had just been packed away last week, not two years ago. A great company and a pleasure to do business with.

I was referred to J Barber Moving by some one I trust. I needed to switch and transfer major appliances between two houses. The staff took care of my needs within my needed timeline. The movers were respectful, professional and had tools to take care of unexpected issues. A refrigerator on the second floor was moved with patient care.Everything was put where it needed to be in good order. The service was worth every penny and then some. I was very happy with the experience all around. Thanks.
They did a nice job, however once I got my delivery, I recognized that I was missing about $2000 + dollars worth of stuff and of the two people wrapping, only one had access to this area were the stuff was located. A word to the wise, photo their drivers licences and do not let them carry any back packs on the job.

i picked up boxes for sherron smith , i was greeted by rusty, when i arrived , he loaded my boxes for travel.. He greeted me,called me by name , shook my hand , he was very accomodating, and wished me well on my travels , and said if there was anything else we needed, to call i would certainly recommend your company to anyone i know moving and would use you myself should i ever move--I also wish to THANK , LISA I BELIEVE SHE GAVE ME DIRECTIONS, WHEN I COULD NOT LOCATE YOU THANKS AGAIN
