Such a great plumbing experience if that's possible. Phil was on time, professional, and very smart on plumbing. Would definitely call C&P for plumbing in the future. Normally our home warranty folks pick these services and they got this one right. Kudos to Phil for being such a nice guy too!
Prompt, professional, and helpful. Clearly understood issue and how to resolve it. Also clearly understood my maintenance policy coverage and explained my portion of costs. Pleased with resolution and workmanship.
BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! At the beginning they were great. They replaced my water heater quickly. I had them come out again (actually by named them to my home warranty company) for several leaks in my home. BEWARE: if you submit a work request, be sure you are precise with your description of the service needed. I’m not a plumber so I didn’t know what to put on the request. I put “multiple leaks” and “upstairs bathroom”. The technician came out and fixed everything, to include the leak in my upstairs master bathroom sink. I submitted another work request a month later because the same sink was leaking in the master bathroom. I called them to request they come out again and fix it. They had me go through my home warranty so I did. Now they want me to pay the $100 deductible again because my work request doesn’t say “master bathroom sink” and that they never fixed my master bathroom sink. My wife and I were there next to the technician when he fixed it the first time. I told c & p plumbing that I would go down there, speak to the technician and let him tell you he fixed my master bathroom sink. What did they tell me? The technician no longer works there. They still want their $100 BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

These things said--I have had all positive experiences with C&P for seven years. Their answers to my questions have often saved me money. I will continue to call them for services.
On a previous service claim, I did have a tech cut into my ceiling to access and assess a tub drain leak...And the tech let me know beforehand that he didn't repair drywall. Now--my warranty coverage includes rough finishing of drywall. I didn't ask further, as I am capable of cutting, furring, taping, etc myself. I had it ready to tape in a couple of hours. This is not true for everyone. It is my hope that had I needed such assistance, that C&P would have had a person to come do it in order to meet the specifications of the warranty company. I read at least one review saying they didn't.
I read a few negative reviews for perspective, because my experiences with C&P over the past 7 years have been good. I called in a claim with my 2-10 Hbw and C&P was dispatched. They called later the same day and scheduled my appointment for the next day. Window was 12-3, he arrived a little after 12 and was friendly and efficient. I had questions about what caused the faucet to leak and he addressed them fully (my faucet-mounted water filter was placing extra weight on the assembly and wearing out the rings). He answered a lot of general plumbing questions in regard to my queries about replacement sinks and other faucets-- which doesn't always happen when a female is asking, and I really appreciate getting tech-level responses.
