Having moved into our house in January and knowing nothing about septic/well system, Scott made us feel empowered with the detailed explanation of how our system works, what is going on with our current system, and the options we have to fix it and make it perform better. He was very honest, upfront about pricing, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. While installing our new system, he also noticed a mold issue in and around the basement and took pictures to share with us, as well as recommending professionals in the area that could address the issue. Scott is also very charismatic and makes you feel like you are in safe hands with the quality of work he brings to the job. The work is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and under warranty should there be any issues. I would recommend these guys to friends and family for their attention to detail and honesty in their services. You couldn't ask for a better plumber.

The Technician, Scott, fix the immediate blockage of our kitchen pipes, but he made a long term fix and recommended ways to prevent problems in the future.
