It's ok. Worried more about shoplifting than customer service.
Very disappointed.
I was very reluctant to go to this store. I assumed it would be way over my budget, but to my surprise the prices were great. I was able to get my son's cleats for half the price of the previous stores we went to. They do need to improve customer service they are lacking in this area. The also need to work on the air conditioning system. While it was slightly cooler than outside, I actually thought I was going to pass out it was so hot in there.
The people are so so nice here and the selection is so so good. (:
Dick's purchased golfsmith and instead of enlarging the golf department it got smaller ? Discontinued selling shoes for ladies and reduced the stock basically in everything!
Found what I needed- shin guards. Only one cashier open. Took forever to check out.
