Owners are really nice people. Units are clean and well maintained. Only drawback is there is no trash area/dumpster/etc. Although I do understand why, because it can be a nuisance, I'm sure. Prices are fair, I will continue to do business here.
The owners are very pleasant and sign-up for a storage unit was quick and easy. They go over all of the rules and provide a copy of them to you for your reference. Clean and spacey 4x12 is exactly what I needed and at a competitive price. I first contacted the storage company to the right of Giant Food on 218 and heard nothing back. These guys answer the phone every time I have contacted them for information. This is the place to be in the Fredericksburg area folks! Friendly & Affordable

Lisa is wonderful! She found a bigger unit for us to upgrade to, and she worked with us to allow us the time we needed to get our stuff moved. Friendly, convenient and very down to earth! I highly recommend it!!
Management changes frequently. Every time the mgt changes there are small changes to the way things are done. We had 2 units - one in my name & one in my husbands and with no notification whatsoever they changed mine to my husband's name even though neither of us had requested that - thereby completely locking me out of the unit when I needed to get something quickly & when I called the 800# they refused to put my call through to the onsite manager (after office hours) because my name was not on the unit !! There are occasional computer glitches that cause problems with payments going through - even though we are on automatic payment, etc.
