Great people. Broke down traveling out of state on a Friday after 5:00 pm. They had us on the road the next day and got it done right away. The manager Trevor is great and gets things done quickly.
I've only tried their service center twice, but I have been pretty impressed with the service that I have received each time.
Very fast and friendly here. We're not members of AAA but have had some minor service done a couple of times and were very pleased.
We have enjoyed car service at the AAA car care center in Williamsburg VA for years but since we have moved to Fredericksburg, we were not at all pleased with this branch...Took over 2 hours for an oil change with service bay practically empty. We are used to 30 min or less at prior AAA.....
