Well lit and people are always there...not staff, but people.
Place is clean and well lit. But buy your ticket before you leave and make sure you get there before 9pm
Nice clean bus station; unfortunately the staff inside the office they all are mean old cranky rude people that are not very welcoming compare to the cleaning drivers that were very nice. This bad rating is for the mean lady at the window that is not nice to customers and to the old white man that didn't want to get up of his chair when I got to the window stand. Another reason Am giving them a bad rating is because they lack their outlets in the sitting areas and they don't even have WIFi!!!! That place need a replacement of all the old cranky white people behind the stand and put people that seems happy to work at the place and have a nice smiling welcoming face to customers.
After reading many of the other reviews, it was with great hesitation that I visited the Greyhound station in Fredericksburg, VA. The woman that helped me (apparently a FRED employee trained on the Greyhound computer system) was so very kind, courteous, and helpful. Although the Greyhound operation of the location, policies, and computer system are crappy, her customer service skills were on point! I'm just sorry that I didn't ask her name. You, my lady, are much appreciated, and may God bless you!
