Horrible. Tried calling them to get some information about a product. It took a whole 10 minutes to actually get someone on the line, another five minutes for them to check for the item, then for them to come back and say that I wasn't calling the right department. Was transferred to the correct one, took another seven minutes to get someone to talk to me, and then got hung up on before I could get my answer. Seriously. WTF.
Terrible customer service in the home goods area today. Asking someone for help finding a vacuum was like asking for a kidney donation. The first woman walked away saying she was just seasonal and would get someone to help me. 15 minutes go by and I find her again to ask where the help is, "they must have forgotten" was my answer. Then the manager of the dept finally comes over and struggled to understand a vacuum with an electronic sale that was listed wasn't on the shelf and was confused on what to do. He said he will check upstairs and disappears. Another 15 min go by while I stand in an aisle waiting and finally got frustrated and grabbed the more expensive vacuum and a group of employees standing around the free coffee see me leaving and shout "oh yeah, there are no more of the other vacuums available". I'm a loyal kohls shopper but will never come to this location again. Zero stars is a more appropriate rating for the waste of my time and test of my patience today.
It's Kohls! I love all Kohls stores but this one is my favorite because there is always good clearance stuff and the store is always neat
I've been to this store several times. Rude employees they will not speak and will ignore you. This store needs a lesson in customer service.
The store can be pricey but they have great deals pretty regularly. They have a great customer loyalty program, so it pays to come by often. The associates have always been very friendly and helpful.
