I enjoy shopping at Marshall's because I always find something I need or something interesting to buy. And, Marshall's has the best lighting in their dressing rooms that I have ever seen - and I look goooood!
So I wore the pants out and put a belt on to keep the pants together, they ripped the first night. And they were not I'll fitting, just cheaply made.
The manager Kristine was very curt and unwilling to correct the mistake that they caused by selling defective and incomplete pants.
I came back the next day hoping it would be an easy exhange once I explained and gave them the receipts but they told me that they didn't sell me pants without a button on them and that because I ripped them and took the button off (???) that they could not exchange them.

Literally the dumbest way to lose a customer.
I bought a pair of pants the night before to go out. I really liked the pants however when I got home and put them on I realized they had a button missing. I would have returned them that night but they were closed.
Marshalls has a much better selection of products than Ross, which is next door. The employees are very helpful. I found everything I was looking for! I will definitely return.
I had to thank Donna for helping me get boxes for our move. She was amazing!!! I TRULY do appreciate her help. I asked Ross, next door, and they just couldn't be bothered. So, THANKYOU again for making our move a little easier!! Everyone is so kind and helpful!!!
