After spending over $350.00 on two tires they could not even put the right pressure in them 14lbs give me a brake. The service writer wanted to sell me TPMS when we just needed air.
In short waste of bloody time
These people are thief. Had an appointment just to chang my front brake pads, had to wait 2 hours until they gave me a quote of 900+ to change all my brake pads and rotters and said i need to change it right away. If I don't service it they charge me 15$. either way they're robbing you. STAY AWAY!!!

Worst customer service. Long lines to wait when at check out. Overall sears in general need to improve a lot to meet its competitors. Not shopping with sears again.
