Really miss kenny, he atleast acknowledged that a customer just walked into the store. Walked in and just stood there waiting to be helped but they do have a good owner and descent mechanics. Hope they get someone to man that side of the shop instead of someone sitting on the other side in a separate store that is suppose to do both i guess?

I STARTED WORKING AT COOPS THIS TUESDAY, I SEE THE WAY THEY HAVE BEEN RUNNING THIS SHOP AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTREST IN MIND. THEY ONLY RECCOMEND WORK THATS NEEDED OR DUE AND THE TECHNICIAN KEVIN IS VERY SKILLED AT ANY TYPE OF VEH REPAIR. COOPS WORKS HARD AT MAKING EVERY CUSTOMER VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE HAD WITH THIS REPAIR FACILITY. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE WHAT ADDED BENEFIT I AM ABLE TO BRING TO THIS SHOP. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO BEING PART OF THE COOPS FAMILY.
I just moved down to VA and had car problems within two weeks! Finding a trustworthy auto repair shop for a woman is ALWAYS next to impossible except in this case. Justin was wonderful on the phone and just as nice when I came into the shop, where he introduced me to the manager Kevin who, through his knowledge and experience with cars, made me feel comfortable almost immediately. My car is running perfectly now and at a much more reasonable price than I would have paid in CT that's for sure!!! I give this shop as many thumbs up as you can give!
