Their motto is "Your Dealership Alternative" but they think they are a dealership with their high prices and unnecessary repairs and estimates. The high prices may be a result of having too much overhead at the shop to include, having multiple buildings, too many mechanics, numerous admin staff and a poor business practice overall. Would not recommend this business at all. Please shop around and get reasonable quotes at other repairs shops.
Having owned a small fleet of vehicles I've tried many auto repair shops around town. None have been as consistantly reliable and trustworthy as Express Auto has. They stand behind their work so you don't have to worry about having to make the same repair again! Their prices are average, but with the return customer discounts and the peace of mind in knowing that you'll have the best repair warranty in town, they're very affordable. I recommend them to all my friends, ask for Roger!
I recently moved to the area and didn't know where to go for my state inspection. A neighbor suggested Express Auto Service. I was a little nervous based on a few Google reviews but I decided to give it a try. I'M SO GLAD I DID!! From the moment I stepped out of my car...Stephen walked me to the customer entrance. The gentlemen at the service desk were very courteous (even being busy processing paperwork and answering phones). The young lady that assisted me in checking out was nice as well. From start to finish it took ~15 minutes. Now that's what I call express service!! I'm glad I have a new friendly and reliable place to go to. THANK YOU!
I used to go to pepboys for everything, but never again! I've always had excellent customer service at Express Auto Service! They're fast, friendly, helpful, and honest. They don't try to sell extra stuff you don't need and they don't rip off female customers. Plus I love that they tell you what's wrong and how much it will cost before they just start putting stuff on.
