I went to this store recently w/abt 15 items including some shoes, mostly brand new, or worn once. 1st impression organized but the items seemed no different than going to a regular thrift store. The inventory looked a bit dated. I dropped my items off, got a text in 5 mins. They'd only accepted abt 5 citing current trends and weren't accepting heels now. Id be curious to know what trends theyre referring to, bc I didn't see it there atleast going by the current trends that I see popular right now. The heels I had compared to those I saw were much better and w/o the worn wrinkles in the toe of the shoe. Total offer 10.50 or store credit, like it's a regular dept store. I get10.50 for 5 items, they turn around and sell each separately for way more., including new gladiator suede fringe knee hi's. if it's a store for mostly working, professional women, why choose these and not the new suede gray pumps, very confused about their process and they don't offer to review with you. No biggie, I just rejected the offer and told the girl to return my items back to me. I was just clearing out my closet, not desperate. Some may think goodwill process is similar but atleast you get the 20% off coupon upfront
Great prices, variety of sizes and colors from XS to 3XL. The Store was well kept and the staff was wonderful. Definitely coming back!
Went there recently and they had a pair of shorts with original tags on it that said $4.88 and their price tag said $8. I pointed out to the girl at the counter that they were changing twice as much as the original price. She said "yeah yeah, we'll change it." I walked around some more and saw the other girl put it right back on the shelf and not change it. Not going back if I'm being ripped off.
Sporadic good finds. Much better after my weight loss to find nicer items. One big disappointment was rushing to a sale excited about the great buys just to discover a lot of damaged goods or really ugly apparel. I felt tricked. Now I ignore the sales gimmicks. I'm still a big fan for the low cost fashions.
Disappointed when I left the store. The clothes are old, worn and faded. So much for their advertisement saying gently used. I picked up one shirt and it had a stain on it. Plus sizes are very limited. I will not go back. The store is just an overpriced Goodwill.
