Really clean store each visit I have been here. They do however need more check out registers for the holiday season. On the last 3 visits the line has been a continuous 15+ people back up.
I rarely go into Ross because of the service and selection at each and every location I go into and this one was no different. Long story short, I'm 9 months pregnant and wanted to place something on hold, an associate told me I would have to go all the way back to the back of the store so I asked I couldn't do utt from here and she was absolutely like NO. I asked another associate if it was possible for an associate to put something on hold for me. I really couldn't walk back and forth after I already had to find someone to begin with before finding those 2 at the front. He proceeds to tell me very sternly NO I'd have to walk back myself to the back of the store. The customer service was just trash to me and the experience made it my last visit to any Ross again.
They have good deals I would recommend it for everyone
