The women who work here are extremely snobby and petty. I've complained to their corporate once before for the horrible customer service. I literally get better service from places like walmart who are notorious for being underpaid and over worked so at a small mature clothes store i would expect better. I gave better customer service when i worked at Deb to the teeny boppers then i could even imagine getting at this store.
Despite giving this store several chances to earn my business, they continue to underwhelm me with poor selection and customer service. To be fair, the Lane Byrant brand is not what it used to be; their clothes seem very cheaply made now and not worth the money.
I don't like being watched like I need to steal anything out this store ! That's why I shop elsewhere
