I met him when I was buying an engagement ring and just recently bought a mother's ring. 5 years passed between these two purchases, and he remembered me when i walked in the store the second time! No pressure salesman...just makes what you want and is willing to spend time with the customers.

Great store and great dealer. Full disclosure, I didn't buy from here because the specific style I was looking for wasn't in stock but they have an amazing selection and were very helpful and easy to work with. If I'm not mistaken, they include a warranty with purchase and it was actually a better warranty than other places I check with that insist you pay extra for one. This will definitely be my first stop for any jewelry shopping!
I walked in to Diamond Concepts not knowing what to expect, but was met with the best customer service and personalities I experienced in my extensive ring shopping. I couldn't decide between two beautiful rings (the majority of those on display are actually made by Mike and his family) so I asked Mike if he could combine the two. I only gave him five days to do so and it turned out far better than I ever expected.
The staff is very friendly and care about you whether you purchase or not. They are definitely recommended! True 5 star quality!
