This store is full of nothing but the most respectful, kind, customer service oriented employees. I have purchased every Alex and Ani I own from them and each experience has been a pleasure. I actually prefer to drive 20 minutes to this location than shop online for my bracelets just for the genuine and helpful interaction. I will continue to shop at this location and would highly recommend it to those looking for something in an inviting and positive atmosphere.
Not a very good one. These employees need to be taught customer service skills! Just because one is dressed plainly and brown in color doesnt mean we are coming in to rob the Store or don't hv money to spend. The prejudice was evident from the first encounter with a sales person. I am a pretty open person who doesn't care about race issues. In a nutshell it was a typical Pretty Woman reaction. Quite a humiliating experience today! Will not set foot in here! They can continue to stick their noses in the air and I will take my business elsewhere!
