This place has really good authentic Mexican food. Wait times are nonexistent. Great menu great staff great ambiance. Good place to take photos inside. Everyone is always happy there.
This was my family's first visit and it will be our last. After a long day at The Graves Mountain Apple Harvest Festival, we were tired and hungry. We decided to try El Pino and it was a mistake. Service was horrible for starters. We got asked 3 times if anyone had asked for our drink orders, yet no one actually took them. The waitress (Christy or Christine) finally realized she had our table and asked for our drink orders and then had to ask again because she forgot (3 out of the 4 were waters). We had to ask 5 times for more chips and salsa and the waitresses' response was she was extremely busy (no she was walking around talking to staff) and drinks weren't refilled until asked for multiple times. Finally the food came out and I wouldn't even call it mediocre. I honestly would have enjoyed Taco Hell more.
Delicious. Great food. Service could use a little more training. They forget a lot. Had to ask several times for lemon with my water and had to ask several times for more chips and salsa. But great food for amazing prices. Perfect for lunch!
Wonderful food and chips. Great service and the owner of the restaurant is almost always there working and making sure everything is great. If there is a problem with your food they fix it and get it back to you extremely fast. Great for vegans.
Tried this place twice. Burritos and enchiladas are basically the same thing. Flavors aren't right...like it's missing something....can't put my finger on it. However, great prices! I lived in Texas for 30 years and in California for 20, I guess I'm was spoiled with great Mexican food.
