One bartender and two waitress, plenty of staff on hand.
Black bartender was a jerk! Waited for 30 minutes for a drink and he wouldn't acknowledge me. Funny thing is, two previous trips to the bar and I tipped him each time. DJ Darryl was amazing and kept the dance floor packed but, a grown man ( bartender ) acting like this is unacceptable. Almost as if he had an attitude because he had to work. Last time I ever walk in this place!!!
Ate at the restaurant. Our server Sam was terrific. The bang bang shrimp, fried chicken and steak sandwich were all quite good. Happily surprised.
Great looking place, but lacks customer service!!! I sat in the side tables only because the bar was full and the rest of the table were empty. 13 min later I left. Not even one individual approach me from the staff. I guess a cigarette is more important these days.
