The issues we have had with this company are endless. This company purchases cars and trucks from auctions and does not do any diagnostic checks before selling. Last May my fiance and I purchased a truck from here and on our way back home to Richmond, it broke down. Let me say that again... ON OUR WAY HOME FROM PURCHASING THE TRUCK IT BROKE DOWN! They dodged our calls and agreed to only pay half for the issues after we were prepared to take legal action. Need I really even say more? Nearly $3000.00 of MULTIPLE fixes later (that's right, there were SEVERAL MAJOR issues) we had no choice but to just view this situation as "it is what it is." Now, one year later and after all financing has been paid this company "sends" me my title and it goes missing en route. Who sends a car title without certified mailing it?! Of course my calls and messages were ignored again (per usual) and I have no choice but to go out of my way to deal with yet again, another issue. I very much have a "no regrets" personality and try to view things as a learning experience but the last year with this company has been a MAJOR stress and I do more than anything not recommend this company! Do not be fooled by their prices and do not buy from here!!!
Got a car from this place and paid it off had it for 4 years had to put work into it but now I have to get rid of it and get new car it won't pass inspection this year because of a lot of rust underneath it so when b4 buying a car from this place male sure u take it to someone other the worx garage which is who they send u to with ur warranty don't go to him go to an honest person have them check for everything including rust under the vehicles
It was the most headache-free car buying experience that I've ever had. They made the whole process smooth instead of the usual headaches associated with car dealerships! I would definitely buy here again.

Known these people a long time. I would never recommend dealing with these arrogant people ever. They are the worst dealer in the country. Go to Carmack they are bad but these guys are way way worse.
