I had been to a few other dealers in the area and always left empty handed or with broken promises. Ive seen both locations in passing and decided to give it a shot. Put in an inquiry and heard back within a hr, went up to the Cambridge location and rode off with a new car. Jose is really professional and kept his word all the way thru beyond awesome, couldn’t ask for a better salesman. I would recommend to anyone and definitely will in the future. Came in here not feeling like I was going to get a vehicle not only did I leave with a vehicle it was the exact make and model payments I can handle these guys are amazing in customer service .. Love Them Try them

Me and my fiancé went in and explained to Jose that we had only a couple days to find a car and to please let me know if I wasn't approved to I could look elsewhere and he assured me I would be approved but he would let me know if I wasn't. He started my application and ignored my fiancé. Like he didn't want to help him. Only time he acknowledged him was to ask what car he wanted and as we were leaving after being there 3 hours, he told him he'd try to find something. Nothing else was said between the 2 but anyways. The day I went in he told me the banks were closed by the time I finished my application and he would get back to me the next day and I believed him. In my mind he had no reason to lie. Fast forward to the next day, around noon I called to get an update and he put me on hold just to hang up 3 seconds later. I thought it was a mistake so I patiently waited for him to call me back. I gave him an hour. I called again and he said "oh I hung up? My bad. Let me get back to you though". At this point I'm fed up. I don't have all day to be sitting next to my phone hoping he called (which by the way he never did) so I went somewhere else. Fast forward again 2 days later and I'm getting emails that they're still running my credit and I'm upset. If you can't get back to me in a timely manner then leave my credit alone. They did nothing but add 5 new dings to my credit report when I had already gotten a new car at this point. Had nice cars but Jose was terribly.
I went to several different places and walked out with nothing. Jose the sales representative at Auto City managed to put me in what I was looking for in a matter of minutes. It was a fast and smooth experience!!
