Very easy sales process. The staff are friendly and make the car buying experience low stress and enjoyable.
They didn't say anything about my dinged rim, so I doubt that they'd say anything about blown speakers if they'd done that as well.
Sebastian was not at all pushy and was very knowledgeable about the products. He helped us find the right vehicle at the right price. Great job!
We had an excellent buying experience in our recent purchase at Volvo. Tim and Mitch were patient with us, and we are very happy with the new vehicle.
So I'm still left with the impression that my car left the lot and ended up driven around by a couple people. My faith of leaving my car here is gone.
Along with a nice scrape or ding from a curb check on my back passenger rim... which is awesome.
I purchased a preowned Volvo S60 this past weekend. I worked with Kia, Mitch and Elizabeth at different stages in the process. They were all extremely professional and pleasant. I was looking at an older vehicle but I felt they valued you me as a customer. They expedited the process as best they could since I was in a time crunch and I was able to drive the vehicle home that day in what think was a short amount of time. I would recommend this dealership and will be back next time I'm looking for a vehicle.
I took my car in for the 20,000 ml. Check up and oil change.
That was fine and dandy, customer service was great, but when I got my car back both the drivers and passengers seats were moved back and down really far, to a comfortable ghetto position and my stereo system messed with. Both the bass and treble were blasted as full volume and everything else left where it was. (I would have noticed if the speakers were like that for 3 weeks from the previous service.I couldn't turn my system up past half way.)
I called and spoke to someone about it but their answers were vague and unlikely considering.
