Simple recall became at least 4 phone calls about unrelated minor things. I get why they do it, but if you want try to add on work, call me ONCE (I’m at work too, guys!).
I wouldn’t have reviewed at all, but the person in front of me was promised their car and then told it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be until tomorrow. The reason was because “they wanted to test drive it and forgot to do it. The tech wasn’t going to be back until tomorrow so it’s not ready.”
Overall this dealership is great. Clean and well kept building. The people are nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer from Purvis Ford in October 2017. My salesman was Ross Decatur. He was no-nonsense and extremely trustworthy. A real straight shooter from the moment we first met. I can't speak highly enough about the integrity, friendly customer service, and good old fashion family atmosphere that I have experienced at Purvis Ford. Kudos to all!
I was able to schedule my service appointment online. Tony checked me in, taking about 10 minutes to do so, and said my car should be done in 1 hour. It was! Meanwhile, I was shown to the business support customer lounge area where I worked until my car was ready. Great.
Yes... Some days you may have to wait a bit to get service and some days you won't.
I'm looking at other reviews and people need to understand that not all dealerships can be 100% perfect everyday to you.
Daniel Mullins was by far the best sales person I've worked with in car buying. Every email I sent regarding my car (and there were a lot) was answered punctually, professionally and honestly. This was greatly appreciated. Everyone present on the day I picked up the car were great also. A very personable and welcoming staff. Especially Kathy, in financing, who explained everything thoroughly but got right to the point and had us out of there in no time. This was unlike past experiences and, again, much appreciated.
