I love Dr. Marrow. I've been seeing her for several years. She's knowledgeable, responsive and provides excellent advice. I trust her recommendations. My husband (also a Dr.) and son are patients of her partner, Dr. McDowell. Colonial Medical Associates specializes in medical care for teens/young adults so we will be bringing our daughters here as they outgrow the pediatrician. Their staff is friendly, professional and gracious. I highly recommend Dr. Morrow and the other doctors at Colonial Medical Associates.
Both Dr. Cindy Marrow and her receptionist named Jennifer are absolutely hateful, incompetent, arrogant, ignorant, and MEAN-SPIRITED. Jennifer, the receptionist, tries to play doctor, she has a huge ego, and she treats her patients like garbage in my opinion. I saw her yell at several patients and she has such a cold, malicious nature to her.
Several of my friends had the same experience with the shameful receptionist. They said Dr. Marrow was drab, monotone, uncaring, and NEVER wants to admit she's wrong. She never wants to admit her faults either. It's more stressful than helpful to deal with somebody like that. If you're looking for a caring, attentive, nurturing doctor who genuinely cares about your health, don't go to Marrow.
I began seeing Dr. Cindy Marrow a number of years ago. Thank goodness I was referred to her. Her ability to diagnose ailments is uncanny. My husband began going to her also and I have referred three friends, all grateful for the suggestion. Dr. Marrow is a busy doctor but thorough and has a very pleasant way about her.
Too much to explain here but very disappointed in Dr Marrow over the last few years. The last visit was the worst. Sad that I now have to look around for a new practice. I have been going there since 2006.
Dr. Marrow is one of the most compassionate and caring physicians I have ever met. She is one of the reasons I am pursuing a career in Medicine. She is a wonderful provider, who is not only knowledgable but empathetic. Dr. Marrow is by far one of the best doctors in Virginia. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
From my view, Dr. Marrow has no respect, regard, nor attentiveness for her patients. She doesn't listen to them and insists she's right all the time. Jennifer is a total arrogant bîtćh who abuses her power and has no empathy for the patients, either. DO NOT go to this practice. It is very corrupt and dysfunctional in my opinion and from what I've seen. Very poor, laughably bad service.
