Realy nice place just a little to slow
I would not recommend this practice if you have the option to go anywhere else. Organizationally, the place is a mess and the front desk staff are rude and uncaring. Twice we have had appointments where we showed up, waited and waited, only to be told that the shot we needed was out of stock. We are just trying to get basic vaccinations -- I would shudder to think what would happen if one of us actually got sick.
I have never been to the medical building, but the dentist is very rude. I had a friend stop going altogether because of his demeanor. Don't show any indication you might be nervous. He will become condescending and act like you're preventing him from doing his job. While aggravated with my being nervous, he ripped my cheek open very aggressively with the tools, to the point where I confronted him about it. Services are cheap and that's nice. Takes months to get an appointment. The staff there does seem to remember each patient and their care plans very well. The receptionist is very personable and willing to go out of her way to help.
