Do NOT entrust your health or travel plans to this outfit! I had an appointment today at 4:30 to receive a follow up vaccine. I received an EMAIL at 8:30 this morning to let me know that the vaccine was not in stock! When I called the call center to find out what could be done, they refused to let me speak to anyone in a higher position who may resolve the issue and instead hung up in my ear with no provocation whatsoever because I offered to wait until higher ups were out of their meeting (later found out that they were not in). When I finally did get a supervisor on the phone, it was suggested that I drive to Norfolk (2.5 hours one direction) to get the vaccine. When I asked for someone above "Joel" I was given the runaround then told that there was nothing that could be done. This company does not want your business, do not entrust them with it!
I found this Passport Health office to be very professional and efficient. I arrived on time and was immediately taken back for my appointment. The RN on duty was very courteous and knowledgeable, and was very proficient. Immunizations are not fun, but overall a very pleasant experience.
Great experience! Shots did not even hurt!
