I recommend calling this place if you have any temporary or permanent mental health issues and you need help finding resources. I spoke to Mary Theresa who works on the help line like 6 months ago and was shocked when she called me back out of the blue just to check on me. She really seemed to care. She made a free helpful suggestion today that I am highly considering doing to help with my own mental health.
