I had a heart scan and I didn't have to wait very long. The entire process tell less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and supportive, and the facility is state of the art.
The experience as a patient wasn't memorable. Trying to pay these people is nearly impossible. I've been trying to make a full payment of quite a bit of money and have been disconnected multiple times. My voicemails go unreturned. The receptionist that answered my last call disconnected me while I was on hold. When I call back she picked up and hung up immediately. I called again and she said please hold and I told her "no, I keep getting disconnected" and she was extremely rude to me. I addressed her rudeness and told her all she had to say is "thank you for your patience I am sorry we were disconnected. I will find the answer for you" instead of her nasty reply. Apparently there is only one person that can accept my payment over the phone.
Exceptional customer service! We came on the wrong day, but they accommodated us! Everyone was so professional and didn't act like we were imposing on them.
My husband used the services of Medical Imaging. It was a very positive experience. The staff was efficient, courteous and professional.
