The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are helpful but it will be better if they smile more. One problem I have is the two curtains cannot close perfectly, there is always a gap between the two pieces. I asked the front desk to give me some clips. The first staff said they don't have any. And another staff heard our conversation then gave me some.
Stayed here on business for three days. No complaints! Clean, fairly large room. Good service from the front desk, decent free breakfast. Pretty much everything I could ask for in a brief hotel stay.
Lobby and Rooms are updated and comfortable, wifi is adequate, breakfast is decent. Pool and hot tub available and in good shape and temperature. Treadmills are functional but beat up otherwise 5 stars.

Like EVERY country inn and suites, this place was AWESOME!! They totally DESTROY HILTON GARDEN INN with their free hot breakfasts! Internet was super fast and the room felt like home! The only improvement I can see here is having more ventilation at the indoor pool. Being a certified pool operator myself, I think the pool needed more chlorine because the smell of used chlorine (chloromine) was strong. The front desk personnel at this location was very courteous & helpful! 5
