Great Experience! Customer service was excellent. Went in on a Saturday afternoon, left an hour later with a great used vehicle.
I swore I updated this to one star months ago. My 06 Explorer was great for 4 days, then the motor blew. I towed it back to Pride thinking they would do the right thing. Instead his mechanic told me that I need to take it somewhere else because the people from the 3rd party warranty he sold me "will think we knew the motor was bad when we sold it to you." (obviously) So instead of doing the right thing and just fixing it for me, he left me to pay thousands of dollars to put a rebuilt motor in it. So very disappointed in this place. He seemed like a nice guy. It's been in the shop since June, I've made 3 payments on it, and barely got to drive it 300 miles. I guess it's true, never trust a used car dealer.
This dealer is honest and very straight foward. Great customer service, they tried to save us money, time and also they make us very comfortable in their location. I will be very happy to deal with them again in the nearest future. Thank you Tahir!
