The salesman Jeffery was very knowledgeable about the mattress I was interested. I was trying to find a very particular color for a new bed. So Jeffery showed me every bed on the floor. Then I decided I would like a headboard instead so he had Brandon help us out. My whole experience was very comfortable and no stress at all. Very knowledgeable about the sofa set as well.

After purchasing a couch 3 years ago that arrived 3 weeks late I vowed never to shop at Ashley again. Well shame on me thinking I would consider them to furnish my new home. Where should I start? After purchasing the floor model of a mattress, the associate told me he was mistaken and it doesn't, actually come with a box spring, like he thought, but I could purchase one from them. After threatening to cancel the rest of my $4000+ purchase he threw me a bone. However, since it was the floor model I would need to have it delivered right away and not into my new house, which I didn't close on for 3 weeks. OK I'll manage - to which the associate checking me out scoffed "So we're giving them TWO free deliveries?"

Flash forward two weeks to schedule the exact delivery date. According to the associate the items would be available in the warehouse 7-10 days from the purchase date and could be delivered after that and their system is 99% correct. Well, our headboard won't be in until 5 weeks after that date of purchase and they can't split the delivery without paying $90 (their "reduced"delivery rate). So, we would have to live out of our moving boxes for 2-3 weeks and sleep on our mattress on the floor. Now the plan is to hopefully get some furniture delivered on time, sleep on the floor, and pick up our headboard at our own cost because their 99% accurate system failed them. And since they've already made the sale, why cater to the idiot that made the same mistake of purchasing from them twice now.
